I work with women of all ages 1:1 in Northern Colorado to help them exercise confidently and without pain to reach their goals and pursue a lifetime of movement. I believe in "meeting you where you are" in terms of your current health and exercise history, and supporting you and creating a plan to help you get to where you want to be.
I create individualized weekly and monthly training plans for my clients, and design customized workouts that are specific to you and your goals. As a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Pregnant & Postpartum Athleticism Coach, I am constantly furthering my own education and knowledge. If I don't know the answer to something, I dive head-first into the research and evidence to find the answer. My training takes a research- and evidence-based approach, while balancing exercise that you actually enjoy.
My goal is to help you feel strong and confident through exercise and movement.
