Vows that Wow – Allison & Danny

Here at Wed Society, we continually receive and feature stunning weddings from across Colorado, thanks to the ever talented vendors and amazing couples who submit to us. Each month, we choose one of those weddings that is truly stunning to specially showcase.

For February, we are thrilled to feature Allison and Danny’s gorgeous wedding at Woodlands Colorado with planning and design by the amazing Thoughtfully Curated Events. Scroll through to discover their luxurious wedding deep in the serenity of the Colorado Rocky Mountains.

The Wedding

Allison and Danny started their wedding day getting ready separately with their respective wedding parties and loved ones. Allison’s dress, from Archive Bridal, featured stunning floral details and a modern corset top. Her, and Danny’s, ring was from Stewart Benjamin & Co. and she wore accessories from Gorjana and her parents. Allison’s wedding look was complete with makeup by Angelica Glo Beauty and hair by Hair Artistry by Jamie Parrotta, for both her and her bridesmaids.

Prior to their ceremony, the two had an emotional first look and shared their private vows with one another, with Murphy Weibel Photography capturing it all. Their outdoor ceremony was beautifully elevated by eye catching floral installations from Lilac & Sage Studio and rentals from Colorado Party Rentals.

Their indoor reception was catered by Biscuits + Berries for a delicious dinner, with bartending by Peak Beverage including a specialty margarita. Elite Entertainment kept the party going throughout the night with expert music and DJ’ing, while Modern Focus Experience provided guests a fun way to memorialize the amazing evening within their luxury photo booth. The couple’s cake was crafted by Yours Truly Cupcake, while guests’ had an excellent selection of donuts from Parlor Doughnuts.

At the end of the night, Ace Express Coaches provided guests transportation back to their accommodations at The Maven Hotel in Denver.

Allison & Danny’s Favorite Memory

Allison and Danny’s favorite wedding day memory was their first look and private vows. They also tell us that celebrating their marriage surrounded by all the people they love was unbeatable.

Allison and Danny advise couples currently planning their weddings to focus on the important parts and enjoy the process. “We learned to keep our focus on what truly mattered to both of us, to actually enjoy the planning process instead of getting lost in the stress, and to surround ourselves with an incredible planner and vendors who helped bring our vision to life. Above all, we never lost sight of the heart of the day, which was celebrating our love, and made sure that was what came through in every part of it.”
