Ujjwal and Chaitali’s wedding day at Spruce Mountain Ranch captured by Mary Lee Palmer Photography is an absolutely gorgeous celebration full of incredible details and infectious joy.
The two had an Indian wedding that involved both traditional and non-traditional styles. The baraat leading up to their ceremony is a tradition at Indian weddings where the groom’s family and friends dance to the ceremony site, and then the Bride’s family and friends join. At the ceremony itself, their dog was their flower girl. They said their vows, then laid floral garments, called the Jaimala, around each other as a sign of mutual love and respect.
At their reception, Ujjwal and Chaitali changed into more western outfits for dancing the night away!
