Martha and Andy’s summer celebration at Stone Mountain Lodge, captured by the talented Mrs. Ferree Photography, was a perfect reflection of their creativity, love story, and the incredible community surrounding them.
From the moment Martha stepped out in her stunning gown with a show-stopping oversized bow, it was clear the day would be filled with personality. She later changed into a reception dress that incorporated lace from her mother’s wedding gown, ensuring she could dance the night away while honoring a beautiful family legacy.
Everywhere you looked, there were thoughtful details the couple had poured their hearts into. They handmade or thrifted all the details like the ring tray, wooden box, and love notes incorporated in their flat lay. Guests were greeted with a custom newspaper Andy designed that doubled as their wedding program and Martha hand-crocheted colorful escort cards to guide guests to their seats. Even their pup, Bruce, got in on the fun, sporting a flower collar as he trotted down the aisle!
Their vibrant color palette popped against the lush mountain backdrop, from the wedding party’s mix-and-match attire to the eclectic table settings. But the most radiant element was the love between Martha, Andy, and their favorite people they’d brought together.
When the newlyweds hit the dance floor, the joy was absolutely infectious. The couple and their guests packed the floor, laughing and savoring every moment of this long-awaited reunion.
It was a day grounded in what matters most: celebrating love, connection, and the amazing community Martha and Andy have built together.
