Katy and Tom’s wedding is straight out of a dream with their chic and elegant celebration in Buena Vista at the iconic Surf Hotel & Chateau! Captured by the talented Sunnie Heers, the wedding day started with an intimate getting ready with the couple’s loved ones. Their emotional first look followed, filled with laughter and tears of joy. Katy and Tom opted to knock their formal portraits with their family and wedding party out prior to their ceremony, which they did with the iconic Surf Hotel as their backdrop.
Their ceremony was held outdoors in the enchanting Surf Hotel Chateau with tall aspens creating a magical, natural canopy. The floral ceremony arch set against the eye catching stone archway of their venue created a beautiful juxtaposition of natural color and texture against iconic architecture. After the ceremony and cocktail hour, the wedding moved indoors to an elegant reception space with beautiful linens from Colorado Party Rentals and specialty rentals from Wallflower Rentals and Decor. Their pink cake adorned with flowers was a work of art in and of itself. The night continued into a celebration of open dancing and good cheer as a perfect end to a perfect day.
