Cocktail hour featured a grand grazing table and a delicate selection of tray-passed appetizers. For dinner, guests were greeted with preset salads featuring locally sourced Palisade peaches and warm, freshly baked heirloom buttermilk biscuits. The main course provided an interactive experience with our Brazilian carving station, Nashville hot sliders, and an array of fresh side dishes featuring local Colorado flavors, all from the amazing team at Biscuits + Berries.
