Grace and Aren had a Persian-Farsi/American fusion wedding day with a classic black and white color scheme at the beautiful Cheyenne Mountain Resort. The two wanted to incorporate their cultures into their fall wedding, and chose to do so through their ceremony. Their wedding ceremony was split; half American and half Persian, to honor both their cultural backgrounds.
The traditional Persian ceremony included a fully decked out sofreh, tying in Aren’s culture in their wedding day. Adorning food, fruits, Persian texts, candles, ect. the sofreh symbolizes prosperity, fertility, and unity. Grace’s sister officiated the American portion of the ceremony which was very special and a great way to include her family as Aren was including his.
Their wedding day was spent surrounded by their loved ones under sunny skies, gorgeous mountain views, and the most stunning details as they celebrated their love and danced the night away!
