Although they both grew up on the East Coast, Alex’s military service brought them to Colorado where they met, built a life together, and fell in love with the beauty of their surroundings. The couple wanted to share that special place with their closest family and friends, many of whom traveled from across the country to be there. Each venue was thoughtfully chosen as a reflection of their home—from the dramatic mountains and rock formations of Garden of the Gods for their ceremony, to the city views at Lumen8 for their welcome reception and the Pinery at the Hill for their wedding reception. Their celebration was brought together with a timeless palette of olive, eucalyptus, and sage greens accented with touches of gold, creating an elegant yet natural aesthetic that beautifully complemented the Colorado setting they love.
