Wed Society Happy Hour at Greystone Castle Boulder
Earlier this month, we gathered with our wonderful Wed Society Denver + Front Range members for a Happy Hour event. Together, we enjoyed a beautiful evening at the enchanting Greystone Castle, nestled in the Boulder foothills and complete with incredible help from our event sponsors. Guests enjoyed delicious, fresh food and brilliantly crafted cocktails while making new connections and mingling with old ones. This happy hour event reflected what Wed Society is about: connecting with fellow industry professionals and supporting each other, because we are stronger together and we believe in the power of lifting one another up to be our best yet.
Boxcars transported guests safely to and from Greystone Castle with their luxury shuttle service. When guests arrived, they enjoyed mouthwatering wood-fired pizza and a spread of delectable bites from Wildfire Cuisine. Peak Beverage provided refreshing and delicious cocktails and mocktails. A variety of beautiful and delectable desserts from The Cake Studio FoCo left us dreaming of more!
The immaculate linens from BBJ La Tavola, showcasing their new Summerlight collection, were raved about for their intricate and colorful beauty. Bradford Weddings & Events and Many Moons Ago provided stylish rentals that perfectly enhanced the theme and vibe of the event. The florals provided by Jackrabbit Floral & Design were simply stunning and elevated the entire aesthetic.
Beautifully hip and elegant music from Red Rock String Quartet set the perfect musical backdrop for the evening. We were also delighted to surprise our members with aerial performances from Many Moons Ago, elevating the fun and entertainment for an unforgettable evening.
Throughout the evening, Mary Lee Palmer Photography captured memorable moments that highlighted just how powerful and meaningful connecting with others can be.
Kim Ingino, Owner of Wed Society Denver + Front Range, warmly reflected that “it was magical to see members so excited to be there and to see each other. We had so many meaningful conversations and everyone was simply so happy. It was such an exciting and positive evening. All of our sponsors did an amazing job. It was so heartwarming to have our members together, the excitement in the room was palpable. We truly have an incredible community here and I’m so honored to celebrate that.”
Why is fostering this sense of community so important? For the wedding pros, we love to celebrate and lift each other up. We see you, and we believe in you.
For couples, when your vendor team is connected, supports one another, and can work together seamlessly with the goal of everyone succeeding, the result is a better experience for everyone from start to finish.
We are so grateful to our ever talented sponsors for helping create such an incredible evening, as well as our amazing members who attended and made the night truly unforgettable!
