Hailey Hawkes & Nathan Low – WINNER!

Hailey and Nathan met on a hot, July night at the Greeley Stampede. Surrounded by a sea of people attending the outdoor concert, the two locked eyes and instantly felt a connection. After the night flew by with easy conversation and lots of laughs, they decided to meet again the next night at another country concert. From there, Hailey and Nathan were inseparable! From long walks to exploring Olympic National Forest to completing escape rooms together, the two have forged a deep bond and, in Hailey’s words, are excited to “give our 120 wedding guests on August 21st one lovely throw down of a wedding!”

Kayla Ferguson & Pranay Sanadhya

Kayla and Pranay at the Blackbird Run Club in Denver during the last run of the season on Halloween. Kayla’s cat costume for the run prompted one of Pranay’s friends to meow, leading to a conversation and the friend introducing her to Pranay. Two days later, Kayla and Pranay went out for pizza where Kayla discovered Pranay was going diving in the Florida Keys over the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday. As luck would have it, Kayla is a certified Dive Master and loves scuba! Soon enough, the two were booking tickets to go to the Florida Keys together in what would turn into one of the best trips they’ve ever taken. After many more adventures, the two are getting married this fall, nearly three years to the day of their first meeting.

Janelle Lowe & Jeffery Hartman

Janelle had just moved to Colorado and was looking for a side gig to help her feel more at home. A friend pointed her to the local, cozy pub, where she started spending her evenings a few days a week. One brutally cold week with temperatures dipping into the -30’s, the pub door opened with a rush of cold and in walked Jeffery. The two locked eyes and felt in instant connection, but despite the straight-out-of-a-romance-movie moment they both felt, they didn’t speak that night. The next afternoon, Janelle was working in the pub once more and, as fate would have it, Jeffrey returned with one of his friends. They spent the next several hours chatting and connecting, ending with Jeffrey asking Janelle on an official date. From that date onward, they were inseparable!

Heidi Pickett & Mike Washatko

Heidi and Mike met through online dating, just as both were about to give up on it. The two both had had beautiful, loving marriages to their previous partners of 28 years that they both lost to illness. Unsure what the future held for them after such a profound lost, it was that one last chance on online dating that changed everything for the two. From their first meeting, they felt an effortless comfort and on their anniversary realized they both were ready for marriage again if it was with one another. Their story came full circle back at Sugarbeet in Longmont, the site of their very first date. With Heidi’s two sons by her side, Mike didn’t just ask for her hand; he asked to be part of their family, presenting a beautiful ring for her and two giant candy rings for the boys.

Katie Barrett & Nicholas Peretti

Katie and Nicholas met at a significant moment in history: March 2020. On just their second date, the world shut down. Countless pandemic dates ensued with cooking for one another, escaping into nature, and building a relationship rooted in adventure, humor, and teamwork. As the world reopened, their lives together continued to grow. Together they moved to California and eventually back to Colorado. In November of 2024, Nick proposed near snow-covered Sapphire Point above Lake Dillon!

Arsya Kadyanto & Brett Bernstein

Arsya and Brett met their freshman year of college in the university dorms. For their first date, they hiked South Table Mountain. Brett later proposed at the top of Manitou Incline – creating a tradition of beautiful hikes with big life events. Their November wedding this year falls on their 10-year anniversary. A perfect way to celebrate a decade of dating, and start the rest of their lives together!
