Mallory and Andrew’s wedding at the gorgeous Spruce Mountain Ranch was one full of joy, vibrant colors, and true celebration! We love the thoughtful details throughout their day, the couple’s inclusion of tattoo artist, Kolbi Alexis, who provided flash tattoos for their guests during their reception, as well as thrifting 108 pieces of unique glassware for their guests as one of a kind favors. Even when their outdoor ceremony was delayed from rain, their joy wasn’t dampened. In fact, Mallory tells us this was her favorite memory from the day: “The wedding party was frantically checking weather apps, and Andrew and I took a tequila shot to calm our nerves. Towards the end of that half hour, I was starting to sadly accept that we’d have to move the ceremony inside when suddenly—in true Colorado fashion—the rain stopped. Next thing I know, we’re all outside and the processional begins. When it was my turn to walk down the aisle with my parents, I burst into laughter and happy tears as my song of choice, “My Girl” by The Temptations, started playing. Until that moment, I had forgotten that the first line of the song is “I’ve got sunshine on a cloudy day”. It was clear that all of our guests felt the relief and joy too, as they all sang and danced with me as I made my way down the aisle.”

When asked who their favorite wedding vendor was, the couple goes on to say, “Our favorite vendor was Kolbi Alexis of Wolf & Goat Tattoo! She created an amazing tattoo flash sheet from our list of ideas, had a super reasonable rate, was communicative, did great work, and (with the help of a fellow tattooer friend of hers) was able to tattoo 45 of our guests at our wedding! Everyone was blown away by the designs, stoked to get a free tattoo (these were part of our wedding favors), and having a live, real tattoo bar added so much excitement and energy to our wedding night! Andrew and I got matching XVIII tattoos to commemorate our wedding on July 18th, my parents got matching LOML tattoos (it was my dad’s first!), and one of our friends even got Blucifer—the terrifying horse statue in front of the Denver Airport. It was incredible.”
